I can help improve your website to attract more customers, capture more leads and increase sales.

About Me

Hi, I’m Ray, the Geek behind CTWebGeek. Let me bring my 25+ years of experience solving technology problems for Fortune 500 companies to your business.

As a small business owner myself, I know you also probably have too many things on your plate and not enough time to do them all. Let your website be one less thing to worry about!

I live in Newington, CT so unlike those large website companies with off-shore customer support, I’m available to meet with you face-to-face anytime to discuss your needs or answer any questions.

My Pledge to you

Ethics Over Profits

I won’t oversell you on services you don’t need or push you towards a purchase if you’re not ready. This may cost me some short term profits but in the long run I believe in “business karma” – What goes around comes around!

Teamwork

There are hundreds of people on the Internet who can build you a website for cheap. If you have the time and motivation you can even build one yourself. But when you hire me you’re bringing somebody onto your team who has the knowledge, experience and commitment to make you succeed. I believe in long-term relationships with people who can support each other’s businesses.

Clear Communications

Just because I’m a geek doesn’t mean you have to be one too! I’ll explain my work in non-technical language that you can understand. I hope you’ll do the same with me when I’m learning about your business. I also believe frequent communication is the key to eliminate any surprises that may come up in a project.

Under-Promise & Over-Deliver

Many companies promise you the world and then run off before you realize they delivered the wrong solution to your problems. I’m not going to claim I can have you ranked #1 in Google and triple your business overnight. A successful website, just like a successful business, takes time and hard work.

Your Success is My Successs

If I build you a beautiful looking website that doesn’t help you grow your business, then I’ve failed. I work hard to understand what your goals are before I build anything so we’re on the same page from the beginning. And I follow-up after a project to make sure you’re still satisfied.

Fun

I believe life is too short to work with miserable people, no matter how much they pay me. I conduct my business in a very professional manner but I also enjoy life and want to work with people who don’t take themselves too seriously. That’s why I will never work at the DMV.
